To set up your NxaTel account, sign up on the website, verify your email, and follow the setup wizard to configure your business number and preferences.
Yes, you can access NxaTel on desktops, mobile devices (iOS and Android), and web browsers. Simply log in with your credentials on any supported device.
To port your number, submit a porting request through the NxaTel dashboard. You will need to provide your current provider’s account details and authorization. The process typically takes between 3 to 7 business days.
Ensure that your internet connection is stable and meets the required bandwidth. Restart your router, check for background applications consuming bandwidth, or switch to a wired connection for better stability.
Go to your NxaTel settings, select Call Forwarding, and enter the number where calls should be redirected. You can also set up forwarding based on your business hours.
You can access your voicemail messages from the NxaTel dashboard, mobile app, or by dialing your voicemail number. You can also receive voicemail notifications via email.
